What do you sell? TOP
We sell new and gently used clothing, shoes, jewelry & accessories for women, juniors, & children. We also have lots of fun misc. knick knacks!

How long is your consignment period? TOP
Our consignment period is for 60 days.

What items will you accept? TOP
We are looking for current, name brand and designer shoes, clothing, handbags, and jewelry. We only take items purchased within the past 2 years. (See our Consign page for more thorough details).

Do you only consign or do you ever buy outright? TOP
We are mostly consignment but will make exceptions to buy outright on special occasions.

Is there a limit to how many items I can consign? TOP
Nope! You can bring in as much as you like.

When can I bring items in? Do I have to make an appointment? TOP
No appointment necessary. You are welcome to come anytime our boutique is open. Our winter hours are Monday- Saturday 10am-5:30pm.

Do I have to bring my items on hangers? TOP
We prefer to have them on hangers but the items (freshly laundered) can be brought in folded neatly in large shopping bags, baskets, bins, etc.

How much will I receive for my items? TOP
Consignors have a choice of the following:
   • Consignor would like to be paid via in-store credit. You will receive 50% of the selling price.
   • Consignor would like to be paid via check. You will receive 40% of the selling price.
      *For either option that you choose, you will receive 50% of the selling price of
        any one item selling $100 or more.

When I consign a piece, do I tell you what price to sell It for? TOP
Best Dressed will set the prices. We tend to price AT LEAST 66%-75% off the retail price. If there are any items that you don't want to let go for a certain price, PLEASE let us know! We will try our best to work out a favorable sales price, but may decline to receive some items if we think the expected price is too high for the resale market.

What are “No Thank Yous” (NTYs)? TOP
NTYs are items that we do not accept.

Why were my items not accepted? TOP
We accept items based on our customers preferences and from carefully analyzing how well certain brands and styles sell.  Please do not take it personally if we could not accept your item.  It would not be beneficial to you or us to accept items which are unlikely to sell to our customers.  The reasons that a brand or style may or may not sell depends upon the age of the item, how popular a brand is, etc.

How/When will I receive my payment? TOP
Stop in anytime for any money owed to you. We mail checks on the 15th of each month on accounts that reached a level of $50 or more. Requests for checks of lesser amounts can be mailed with a $1 processing fee per request.

Upon request, Best Dressed, LLC may mail a check (free of charge) to consignors who live or have moved out-of-state, at the end of their consignment period.
Funds unclaimed after 1 year are payable as store credit only. After 2 years, uncollected funds become the property of Best Dressed, LLC.

How will I know when my items have sold? TOP
Your account is credited immediately upon sale. You can check your account balance
on our website. You can also call or stop by and we can tell you how much money is on your account.

How do I check my account balance/expiration date/inventory list? TOP
You can check any of the above from our website (click on the purse icon, "Check my
Act Bal," at the top of the page).

   • Look for the Consignor Login box on the left
   • In the State scroll-box, find OK (Oklahoma)
   • In the Store scroll-box, find Best Dressed
   • Type in your consignor ID that was given to you
   • Type in your last name
   • Log in.

Can I pickup the items that didn't sell? TOP
Of course! If you would like to retrieve any unsold items, you must call to schedule a pickup, within 5 days prior to your expiration date. (A min. of 24 hours notice must be given so that your items will be ready for you.) No reminder calls will be made. If you do not call or pick up the unsold items as scheduled, the items will become the property of Best Dressed, LLC & may be sold, donated, or otherwise disposed at our discretion. Tax receipts are available upon request.

What if I don’t want my items back at the end of the consignment period? TOP
No problem! You don’t have to do anything…Just drop off your items & wait for your funds to accumulate. Let your items become “out of sight, out of mind!” 

Who do you donate unsold items to? TOP
We donate to Domestic Violence Intervention Services for Women, Dress for Success, & Emergency Infant Services.

What does All Sales Final mean? TOP
It means…All Sales are Final! No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.

Do you offer layaway? TOP
Yes, we offer layaway for the purchase of any ONE item priced $100 or more. The period is for 30 days and you have to pay 25% down.
